For FHE tonight the boys and I decided we would surprise daddy with the Christmas Tree!!! Jared works nights right now so he usually misses out on the Monday night fhe (we hold them on Saturdays too so he can participate). Anyway, we had a blast!!! Leif kept inventing new ways to hang the bulbs...ending result...three or more bulbs on one hook suspended by three others for "length" lol..cute. They were pretty excited about the stockings too. This year the boys are helping mommy create their first Christmas letters to Santa Claus; it's been a riot to watch them ponder when asked what it is they truly want for Christmas this year. It's super cute to listen to how the want their wishes written in the letter. Sam is glued on Spiderman and I find it funny because although their Daddy likes spiderman, when Sam decided he liked spiderman, it was simply because he saw a Spiderman toy at the store and thought it was cool. He'd never so much as seen a Spiderman cartoon or anything! Boys, I tell ya, it's just ingrained in them from the start...guns, shoot em' up games, fighting, wrestling, kicking, jumping, hitting etc. etc. you name it and I guarantee they do it. Life is just too good with all my boys in it. I can't even begin to remember what I did with all my time before them??? oh well right? Motherhood is my true calling in life!
