something to smile about...

first quilt i ever made. i dug through grams' "vintage" fabrics, looking for just the right mix; i was fifteen...and i still love it. it's been awhile since last i sewed, but after seeing fabrics like these...i may just take up quilting again.
and after seeing these, i think i'll finally re-fabric those dining room chairs...
while wearing this...

what's not to love about a cheery fabric that makes you smile? up on the left-hand side of my page {blissfullivingstudio} you will find an array of reasons to smile...

ps ..found this wonderful website via nieniedialogues ...don't forget to pray for stephanie and her family, she truly is such an inspiring woman, visit her page, she's sure to spill sunshine into your life too.

That is such a cute quilt. I have only tied quilts, never really quilted. There are so many fun and beautiful fabrics it makes me wish I knew how to sew better. I only enough to get by for mending purposes. I'll have to work on that. Can't wait to see your projects!

Ditto! Ditto! Ditto! That apron is super cute. I can't count how many times I too have been inspired by fabrics. Looking at the stack of unfinished projects perhaps I have been inspired a little too often. :)

PS: I love your sense of style. It is fantastic!

I sooo know what you mean. In looking for a new sling on etsy, the world of fabulous designer fabrics has been opened to me. I crave them now like chocolate.
