we'll see what the boys think when they wake up from their nap!!!
what are your favorite holiday dishes? i for one, LOVE to cook. and since we are spending Christmas morn in our own home this year, i've a responsibility. i have to be the one to fatten the family this year, all by my lonesome, ahhh. i think we may do a turkey or chicken rotisary style this season...hmmm. anyway, it (my cooking) doesn't always turn out the way i'd like, but that comes with the package (when one is aspiring to be the greatest cook of all time (..it's not easy, this aspiring)).
anyway, i'll let you know what the boys thought...and don't worry, i'm so not done with the baking (as if you care, right.)
ps mother to mother, is there really anything better than fattening the troops? i love being the mama.
later...
(promised i'd report)
the boys LOVED them. snarfed nearly all of 'em, leaving only two for the daddy-o. which he devoured upon his arrival home. what better compliment (on a dish well baked) than to have every last morsel consumed, ha!

Coty: What is your address? I was trying to send out Christmas cards. Thanks Janie Homer
Oh wow those look amazing! I love to bake! I am attempting candy this year...we'll see how it turns out the chocolate bark last year wasn't so hot!
Can I have one too?? YUMMY, YUM, YUM! I'm drooling as I type. mmmm. You know it's not nice to tease right??? :)
Oh, and about fattening up the troops, yes, that would be good, if it would fatten anyone else but me. LOL.
Totally agree...I LOVE cooking and it's coming along great. This year I've won the family over with my own made-from-scratch apple crisp, even the in-laws love it. Merry Christmas Coty and good luck with the "aspiring!"
Love the cinammon rolls. They look AWESOME!
Those looked delish - and I love cooking too.
