LOVE, gone wrong...

giving the boys strawberry marshmallows dipped in sprinkles

=yields=

leif in time-out, hitting himself in the face?!
(oh, the drama)

i figure it just wouldn't be true-to-life if i didn't post my foiled attempts to show some "love" ...funny how things go awry sometimes isn't it? especially when we try our darndest.

ahhh, hopefully the heart shaped pancakes we're having for dinner tonight won't wage a full-on war...

haha! I SO know that feeling. I 'tried' to make Kaleb a Lego cake for his birthday and it was a nightmare. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. In the end he loved it, but I wasn't very happy with it. And I was trying SO hard!

Good luck with the pancakes tonight!

arn't boys great!! Ethan is full of life too...the funny thing is as mom's we offten do things and projects for our kids knowing full well how bad it could all unfold.., the things we do...with your running don't push it to fast get into a rhythm and just fell it. Listen to your body, ya feel good go longer or faster if not slow down...good music or a book to listen to helps as well! good luck with the boys they sure are cute!!!

LOL! I have felt that way before too. The best laid plans of mice and men...
I have these June Clever/Martha Stewart images in my mind of how I want my life to be and then something (usually my girls) hits me in the head and reminds me that this is REAL life, not TV. But all your efforts will not go unnoticed or be forgotten! You're a great mom.
